Pick up instructions

1. Please ensure that the pickup hours for your desired day align with your schedule before placing your order.

 

2. Set a pick up time with us to ensure a smooth and convenient experience.

 

3. For same-day pickup, kindly place your order at least 2 hours before the end of the pickup hour schedule, unless we have already communicated otherwise.

 

For pickup on a different day, please note that orders must be collected within 7 days to maintain product freshness.

 

4. Upon arrival, we maintain the front door locked for safety reasons. Please inform us of your arrival, and we will promptly bring your order outside or meet you at the door.
