Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Ki to Beauty LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products so we can review the issue.
